Burgers For A Strawberry Shortcake Party

Yay! My god daughter turned 3 last weekend. Burgers were requested,so who am I to refuse?
I started with the usual culprits. Weber's Gourmet Burger rub.

Short ribs,chuck and sirloin steaks,seasoned and sliced into strips.

And run through the KA grinding attachment.

It was threatening rain,and the back deck was COVERED in SS sh-stuff!

So I cooked them on the Genesis. No action shots,but they came out like this!

They turned out amazing,as always! Even the SS cake was good!

But she had an awesome time and got a bunch of presents that she didn't really need,so it was all good!
