Burgers and steaks.

Here are a couple of cooks I did last week. Started off with some burgers.

Burgers had cheese, bacon, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes and mustard. They were guud!

Later in the week I cooked up some chuck eyes and asparagus with hollandaise.

Very nicely done on all accounts. I need to try making a hollandaise sauce sometime, but I tell ya what. Balsamic syrup is Soooo easy and good on the grilled asparagus. That's some nice sears.
