Burger time!

Decided to make some bacon cheese burgers and yams for dinner. Everything turned out great.

First I cooked the bacon and onions.

The beer was excellent. Echigo is a very crisp lite beer that went well with the fatty burger. Unfortunately I have to special order the beer thru the state run liqour store.

That is what Utahns lovingly call fry sauce. I make it out of equal parts ketchup and mayo plus worcestershire sauce and relish.

Stellar cook Jason and way to represent the SLC. I spent a large part of my life in SLC. I need to try that brew, if you ever get up my way stop in for a cook and brew, Oregon is like the craft brew capital of the nation.
