Made a bunch of snacks for football today. I made some Buffalo chicken thighs. Went to the store, the thighs were cheaper than the wings so I tried something new.
Cooked them with about 3/4 chimney full of Kingsford
Grilled for about 15 minutes a side then rested away from heat with Frank's Hot Sauce for 10 minutes. Sorry for the blurry picture
Tossed in a bowl with Frank's Hot Sauce and served with the rest of the snacks.
Thanks for looking and have a great week. Big storm moving into these parts next week. Might be a while until I get back on the grill.
