BSCB stuffed

Had a few thicker BSCB that I trimmed down and marinated in ital drsg/jar juice from banana peppers.
Marinated the trimmings in ital drsg/evoo/balsamic vinegar

Stuffed the brsts with blue cheese/spicy banana peppers/roasted red peppers and glazed one with SBR at end of cook
Threw a few FF on da plate as well

Looks good as always Kurt. Kudos to you for braving the elements, too. I thought about heading up to the Burgh for a quick visit, but then I looked at the weather report. Too cold for this Florida boy.

Thanks Sean... My oldest boy (9) had an outdoor hockey game a few weeks back at South Parrk outdoor rink and it was -5 degrees wind chill... At least they won! (An he had 2 assists and 1 goal )
