Brother, can you Spare a Corn?

Lazy day today... waiting for the promised rain (that never came).
High heat, humidity and Gin and tonics.
Spares rubbed with Penzey's BBQ3000 (under) & Galena Street (top side).

That's the skirt rolled up for a treat one hour in...
A while into the cook of the ribs, corn was added to the lower rack of the WSM.

...butt the ribs were near done so we fired up a OTG grille to finish the corn and added sliced zukes to the mix...

Husked the corn while the small amount of coals were burning out on the OTG so...
I transferred them to the WSM after the ribs were finished.

...then cooked corn.

The spares were brushed generously with Bandana's Memphis Style Bar-B-Q sauce (LOVE THAT TWANG! Thanks again Bob!)

The ribs were GREAT!
The Corn was local (1st time this summer)
& the zucchini was pretty good.
Maybe my next cookin'/grillin' post will include the NEW(old) 26"er...

Still in the rework stages...

Iam an absolute corn NUT Befor I got my weight under control and my eating habits I have been know to set down and eat a dozen ears all by myself

It may be my favorite food when its picked right not to full and at its best ! Thanks for posting I like corn so much I even like looking at pictures of it . Water mellon comes in a cose seocond for me to . Looks like a great cook wish I was there

It's been awhile since I used Bandana's Memphis, need to get some.

You know you've got good corn when you try to suck the juice out of the cob, makes a neat sound too!

Hope to make it to the local Penzey's soon, never been there yet.

Corn is a big favourite, not soo much the next day, butt i still love it

No wasabi (or mayo) in the photo, butt is was present
