1 lb organic turkey, broccoli, block of cheddar cubed small, bacon fat, butter, heavy cream, an egg, SPOGOS rub, and some bread crumbs. Indirect at 300 grate temp with peach for smoke.

I dont even have a recipe just kinda mix stuff together. We eat alot of the costco organic ground turkey so I make smash burgers out of it and meatloaf also. Just make sure you get organic ground turkey I have tried several of the regular ground turkeys and it doesnt even smell good when you open it. These had 1lb turkey, 1 tbs of bacon fat, 1 tbs of butter, 2tbs heavy cream, like 8 chunks of broccoli steam for a couple minutes first then chopped, like 2 handfuls of cheddar chopped pretty small, 2 handfuls of bread crumbs, and SPOGOS rub. Pulled these right at 160.
