That looks really good, AH!! I get the same aggressive smoke ring on my pellet grill......it's just an esthetic thing, but I like it!! :)

If only I could find a good way to reheat brisket leftovers. I’ve done vacuum seal and warm up with Sous vide and it’s still tough as leather the next day.
