Tremendous looking brisket Dwain. Some nicely paired sides as well. Bet that Honey Brown Ale will (was?) delicious. I've seen a lot of corn holders in my day but I've never seen the little flip flops. Great looking post.

The Ale will be ready in a few daze. I used S-04 English Ale yeast that starts quick, does it's job, cleans up after itself, and is done fast.

The flip flops remind us that it's 5 o'clock somewhere.

That's some awesome looking brisket and great smoke ring. you can pass a plate this way anytime.
