Good morning, all!
Since yesterday's post was pretty long, I'll try to keep it short-ish. My dad's always cooked on a kettle. Our favorite food he made was London Broil. He has that mastered. So, naturally, it was one of the things that I learned to do first and it's always something that we love. Got a beautiful small London Broil from Earth Fare, seasoned with worcestershire sauce, a little Kikkoman, Adolph's, pepper, and granulated garlic.
Fired up the coals!! (I love the chimney when it's fully lit.)
Put on the pretty, shiny, new 304 stainless steel grate, let her heat up a few minutes. Grill. And voila.
Plated...
Yes, I only had mashed potatoes with it. I wasn't in a vegetable mood. The misses ate leftover green beans. Happy Tuesday, y'all!!
