breakin in the 26er

fired it up. this thing is huge!!!

threw on some BSCB

my table!!

next day rolled some biscuits out and stuffed theme with pork and sprinkle with rub

dialed her in at 350

after about 15 mins

some had to go directly on the grill to finish the bottoms

so far i like the 26. it is a lot larger than i anticipated and keeps temps nice and is quick to cool down when the vents are closed. the only negative i see is that the legs and sockets seem flimsy. the grill is very wobbly. other than that i love it

Great looking cooks and the 26 is the only way to go. I have a 22 and I never use it because the extra room on the 26 is nice. A grill can be too small but never too big. As far as the legs go I just ran a self tapping screw into mine. Tightened them right up.
