This Sunday we used our pellet smoker again for breakfast. I can't believe how perfect the bacon and sausages were. I'm very happy with my purchase. It's another tool to make the best food I can make.

Damn Tony! I just finished breakfast (a bowl of oatmeal...yuck) and that last picture started my stomach growling! What a delicious looking meal!

So what do you think about your pellet grill, were you satisfied with the smoke flavor. It pretty much looks like a reversed Traeger except for the cast iron grates. The food looks darn good regardless and that's what matters in the end. I had a Traeger for 2 yrs. but it never hardly got used so it got sold this year.

I really like this pellet grill. The flavor was light but it's all good.
