Breakfast waffles with cottage cheese and salmon


 
Great idea. Waffles on the gasser. I would assume since I can't find a waffle maker on the weber site that it is yet another Weber product only available overseas? Great way to do breakfast.
 
Agree completely Len. I get the idea that Weber does not like us since there is so much available overseas but not here. True, prices are better here, but things like the waffle grill and say their pizza attachment they won't sell here. Why????

Very interesting waffle cooker and waffle toppings Soren, I'd be all over that, great looking breakfast from Denmark
 
Yes it is cast iron - a couple of years ago a Weber representive told me, that there are a lot more Webers per citizens here in Scandinavia than i US, and a lot of Weberstuff are developed here, also including a very usefull dutch oven.
 
Is there some sort of herbs in the waffles?
In your pics - there appear to be green flecks

Looks like a good way to enjoy some nice-looking fish
