Couple days ago we had some pretty warm weather..to hot to cook inside and my bride had a rough day at work so she wanted breakfast for dinner (comfort food!)

Ok I can do that...taters in CI with sage and a few other goodies!

Looks good, great breakfast I mean dinner or is it breakfast dinner:confused: anyhow one of my favorite meals on the weber w/CI Nd fire, great way to look after your lady;)

Dang right no problem! I'd have no problem downing a couple of plates of that deliciousness! Thanks for sharing Morgan, that kind of cook can turn any day around!
 
I've said it many times, I'm a huge fan of breakfast for dinner and that plated shot sure looks like a winner to me. You did good Morgan but your wife did an outstanding job for suggesting it!!! :D
