Brats with Stewed Spicy Peppers

It’s funny that the Weber recipe of the week is what Barb and I had planned for Friday, which was on our weekly menu for this week and here it pops up on my Email. We ended up doing it Saturday as the monsoon season is upon us and it was pouring Friday evening so we moved it out a day.
I followed the recipe as we have done this a couple of times before and it’s great just the way it is.
