Struggled with something to make tonight but brats were on my mind!!! Started some chicken apple brats with a little apple smoke!

Penne pasta, EVOO,balsamic with some garlic, salt and pepper and some parm and of course the brats and veggies!!

Plated with some warm bread, couple types of balsamic and oil, red wine to chase her down!

Over all pretty darn good! Will have to do that again!!! Totally just made this up tonight!

Looks like something that my dad, brother, and I would have put together at our old fishing cabin years ago.

Fantastic idea! I think I might have to steal this to get my wife to eat more brats.

So I know that every picture taken in Alaska has a snow-covered mountain somewhere, but how far is that one from you? Looks pretty close.
 
Jon that one is about 2 miles from my house! We are located in a valley pretty much surrounded by mountains!! That one will have no snow come July!
 
Great looking meal Morgan! I bet my wife would really enjoy that. I need to give it a try on her behalf.
