Finally got the weed and brush control done and got to do a cook. Decided to do Beer Brats with Sauerkraut, Onions and Jalapenos. Sided them up with some French Fries cooked in Peanut Oil on the grill.
Here's the ingredients for the Brats. That's brown sugar, ground coriander, Dijon mustard, and two sliced sweet yellow onions in the cups. My Brats were Johnsonville Original with Oroweat Stadium Style Brat Buns, not pictured.

Cooked the Brats in the beer and onion bath for about 20 minutes.

Added the Sauerkraut and Jalapenos for another 3-4 minutes.

Got the fries going while the Brats were in the bath. Used three large Russets.

Pulled Brats out of beer mixture and grilled for about 3 more minutes, turning 2 or 3 times.

Returned Brats to bath and brought in.

Fries done.

Plate.

This recipe, a Weber, is delicious! Not the most colorful Brats but great flavor. There is a slice of Swiss Cheese on these too. This wasn't called for in the recipe, I just added it. Topped with additional mustard as well. Thank you for looking.
