Hello All,
I was kicking back watching college bowl games with my boys on Saturday and decided I would smoke us up some wings for dinner (nothing goes better with football right?). I had picked up some wings earlier in the week when I caught them on sale at the local market. Here are a (very few) pics of the cook.
Wings Wet Brined for an Hour
On the Performer Over Hickory Chunks Along With Some Bakers - Pile Method - Grill Running ~325F
Mid-Cook - Grill Around 300F
Plated
As usual, I cooked the wings naked and sauced them in a bowl to order. I made a traditional Buffalo Sauce and did some with Five Sauce. The boys really enjoyed the wings and it was a nice grill session on a beautiful afternoon. Thanks for looking...
Regards,
John
