Picked up a boneless butterball turkey breast I am going to smoke tomorrow.

Any reccomendation on typical time & temperature?

I don’t have time to brine it as I also need to defrost it. It’s 7lbs

Like Chuck I cook at 375 on the Performer have not done one in awhile. I did a small 3 pounder awhile back I thought it was about 15 minutes a pound or so.
 
We have one in the freezer, (about 7 lbs.). When do you think we should start thawing it?
