Bone in prime rib roast for Christmas

Well here it is 3hrs later. Nice color I think!


And sliced. A little bit over done. Was shooting for 130°it and got to almost 140° this picture makes it look more done then it really was.

Well it turned out very good. The crust with the Montreal steak seasoning was awesome! It was a big hit.
