Three generous sized NY’s for $30. Seems like a bargain these days, especially when a friend gifts them to you!
Did an all day (12 hour) brine uncovered in the fridge. Yes, I get up early! Let them vibe on the counter and did a salt and pepper rub.
JD briquettes and a little wine soaked oak. Fast and furious for the most part. 
New roasted cauliflower recipe and an incredible salad! Sliced and ready! 
These NY’s were so tender…no pull or chew. Glad I hit them at rarish/medium rarish!
