Never tried the Blues Hog before but it was for sale at Ace. Took a chance
Used a lot less given the size of the briquettes and the research I did. Only did about 60% of chimney. Hardly any smoke during initial burn.
I really liked the way they burned down. Once chicken was on it shot up to over 400 really fast. Dialed it down to 325 or so easily. 
Did a very basic rub and some cherry
.The color the cherry gives never ceases to amaze me!
Blues Hog was awesome…I am a BnB guy but it made me a believer for sure. Very clean and smoke was pure!
