Blues Hog BBQ Warehouse on Fire!


 
Boo! On Saturday I used Blues Hog pecan chunks to smoke a butt & some ribs.

Edit: A couple of days ago I watched a bbq programme that was a Whole Hog Comp, (Memphis in May). All contestants were planning for a 20+ hr cook on their pits. Blues Hog rocked up, with what I think was a 500 gallon drum smoker, and cooked a 250lb whole hog, hot 'n' fast, in 9hrs and took away top prize. The opposition were like.......what the......!
