Well, I did two new things this week. I finished my first attempt at bacon and I ground three pounds of hamburger. Both were a lot of fun. I decided to try a burger that I saw recently, after finishing my bacon. BLT Bugers with Sriracha Sauce. Came out pretty well. Fixed them and served them up along with some macaroni salad I made last week. Here we go.
Cooked up the bacon for use later. Also a couple of green onions for the Sriracha Sauce.
Bacon just about done.

Let cool and then chopped up onion.

I made up the Sriracha Sauce. Here are the ingredients.
