Black and Blue Burgers

Boy life got fast, but I found some time and had some lefter over 80/20 from last weekends cook (sorry no pics but I made Weber's Black Thai Burgers - Very tasty)

Seasoned with A1 steak sauce, blue cheese crumbles, cilantro, S&P. Also shown are some peaches with butter, and bell peppers marinated with balsamic vinaigrette

Overall I was happy with this. It was a pretty tasty burger, in fact I just had another one for lunch...
