Birthday Beef Ribs w/ pics

I bought some awesome beef ribs about 2 months ago. They actually have meat on them. I thawed them out and smoked them for my birthday on Monday. They were amazing.

Seasoned with Mexican steak seasoning and Riley's all-purpose no salt seasoning.

I smoked them for 7 hours and threw on some BBs for 4.

I'll go ahead and say it: Both the beef ribs and BBs came out perfect. I can usually find something I could have improved on but not this time.
 
The ribs look great. I have had no luck finding beef ribs that aren't just bone. Do I need to go to a buther shop or what? Anyone here in the Denver area know where to find some decent beef ribs?
 
I just happened to find these at a local chain store that I rarely buy meat from. I have not seen any like this before or since.

Nice work. I can find beef ribs like these from time to time here in Columbia, SC. At what temperature you cook these and did you ever foil or sauce them? Did you put anything under them to collect the drippings? Thanks.
