Bird on the Spinner

We got some new seasoning that we wanted to give a try on chicken.


Deb used the Honey Black & Bold on the chicken this time. Will give the All Purpose a try next week.
Bird is on the spinner. Used some peach wood that I got from the same place for smoke.

The seasoning has great flavor. It goes great with chicken. Will try it on wings the next time we have wings. The peach wood gives off a great smell & adds flavor to the cook.

Great looking bird Russ. Love peach wood just the smell coming out of the smoker is heavenly. Keep telling Barb we need a roti for the performer the only one we have is for the gasser and it's just not the same.
