Actually, they were from a supermarket. A place called Uncle Guiseppes Marketplace in Ramsey NJ.I'm pretty sure those aren't supermarket steaks...local butcher/market?

My little grocery store has a butcher and if I let him know early in the morning he will cut anything I want, it’s important to get to know the people who supply your food even the cashiers at the bigger places. I know my deli person at Meijer’s, the dairy case guy, the meat people and the cashiers that I like. I have sent letters to Meijer’s about each and every one of them. They have helped me find things which were not immediately put on the shelf. And I compliment them and thank them every time! It’s something my Dad taught me, I will never forget the day we were walking through the store near his home in Grand Rapids, the butcher literally chased him down the aisle to let him know that he had gotten some nice lamb shanks! It’s easy to be nice if you think kindly.
