Big Cook - Ranch Kettle

[Clark Deutscher]

We missed smoke day last week. Too make up for it we had a big cook yesterday. Everything was cooked on the ranch kettle. The food was:

French Toast Casserole
Assorted smoked sausages
Flank Steak Fajitas
Pork Tenderloin Fajitas
Beef Tongue Fajitas
Homemade Nacho's with peppers and Onions
Pork shoulder in banana leaves with pineapple sauce and mango salsa in a vietnamese sauce
Pulled beef
Pulled chicken with apple butter bbq sauce
Jamican Ox Tail Curry
Key Lime Pie
Coconut Cream Pie
Homemade cookie dough ice cream

Along with a little scotch and a couple brew of course!
