Big bird Wings

We had some big bird wings in the freezer. Saw this marinade at the store and gave it a try.
For sides we did a baked potato & cabbage w/ onions & bacon.

The wings were in marinade for several hours

Into the Hasty Bake, smoked with pecan & cherry wood. Along with the potato & cabbage.

Three hours later the final results. Sorry to say the wings were tough as nails, don't think we will do them again.
The potato & cabbage were spot on though'

Myles loves his new digs.

They look really good!!

I sometimes smoke them, vacupack them and save them for later use in soups,beans etc..
 
Glad to see you getting settled in. Never had any luck with wings of any kind, I just use them for stock, but at least the rest was good.
Myles must think he's in doggy heaven living there.
