Took a chance on these bad boys….did an all day wet marinade. Heavy on garlic, lemonade, rum and some Dijon mustard 
Used some cherry
and hickory and enjoyed a Breakside IPA and some JJ Grey
Hardest part of my day was getting these guys to balance upright! Added a rub!
Prepped some taters and got them going on the Gold B with a generous amount of olive oil and some salt.
Pork finished nicely with a great crunch on the bark!
Add a little greens and this was a meal!
Smoke flavor combined with that marinade was a winner.
