Friday I was asked by my
Girlfriend to smoke baby backs for her family today! So I smoked up 3 slabs and brought them over they dug in and barely spoke for 5 minutes or so when they started saying how much they liked them . It made my day !

Sounds like you did a great job, but yeah, be very careful. I won over my wife's aunt, uncle, and cousin to dry ribs last week. They told me the ribs were even better than the last time and wanted to know how I was gonna bbq when we came to see them in October. Good thing the wsm is not only easy to cook with, but just as easy to travel with.
