Analysis: TT Wasn't bad. Not great, but not bad. The marinade needs work. I used Lime Juice because I didn't have Lemon Juice, that maybe the difference. The marinade definitely tenderized the TT

My first time making Hasslebacks, work needed

The 15 cent corn stole the show. But as we all know: With corn, it's not good bye, it's see you later :)

Shhhhhhhhhh....... The Giant could win this game

Looks great Chuck! We grilled hasslebacks last night with a couple ribeyes and a filet. Best way to grill spuds IMO. No pictures of our cook this time.

I think you under buttered your corn but other than that it looks good! :D
How long did you marinate the TT? I find overnight or even up to a couple days makes a big difference.
