Still kicking. Lots of work and other hobbies have Ben keeping us busy!
Smoke two pork butts and a chubby of bologna for a potluck that I host every year at the Toledo Oregon wooden boat show.
Still got it I guess as there were no leftovers!
Ran the WSM at 285° took 8 hours for both bitts to hit 205°f. Put the bologna chub on when the pork was done and smoked it for 3 hours.
Didn’t get any plated shots. We had all the fixings for pulled pork sandwiches. White bread, yellow mustard and Kraft singles for the bologna sandwiches.
