Belgian Endive and Pork chops a la Willy

So something is up, lots of suspects lying around. Thick cut pork chops marinating in Lawry's Steak and Chops (excellent) some Belgian Endive to be quartered, Calmati Olives, garlic to be split between two dishes, yellow onion, frying peppers from our garden.

Set up for outdoor work, Baby Bellas, fresh peppers, and onions with EVOO, Kosher and Fresh Ground and half the garlic

Belgian Endive in a 1/4 inch of boiling water, some black pepper, the other half of garlic, some EVOO, some Soy Sauce, and a shot of Red Wine Vinegar and Kosher

Wow... Fantastic job on that meal.

I'll second that wine. Not sure if I found it at Total Wine or bottle king, but I really need to get a few more bottles.
 
Bill your cooking is awesome buddy!! Love it!! Steaks look perfect and that rum....I could use a date like that!!

Next time you are coming out to the right coast Morgan give me a shout, we'll cook something up. We'll have a cocktail or two to make it all blend in.
 
The endive is also fantastic straight on the grill. Grill lines look impressive; nice bite to cut through the heavier bites in the meal. Chicks dig the veggies; very sophisticated.
 
Just went back and bought a case Chris, I get 20% off when i do the case so makes sense if you really like it. We did, got the two thumbs up from the CEO
