First, I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving. Per our family tradition, we went to the in-laws for the "official" Thanksgiving meal, and then had our own Thanksgiving dinner on Friday instead. Our brined turkey was cooked on the Performer using Royal Oak lump and a wood combination of black cherry, sugar maple, and north atlantic olive. Side dishes were chestnut stuffing, sausage & apple stuffing, roasted root vegetables, and mashed potatoes.
