OK guy's DH did this on his own. He is getting better at remembering to take pictures. lol
 
No, I don't think so. Our recipe does not have all those spices in it. It is a very simple recipe.

Tim, the best part of making that one would be adding all those different spices. I don't like using premade spice blends. They never tell you what is in those darn things. Hush, hush, big dark secret. All the junk they have to add to keep it fresh and not clumpy. lol

I've made this one several times. It's great on both steak and chicken. Think I originally found it in Weber's Greatest Hits. I don't bother with the skewers - too much work. :ROFLMAO:

Well, I really don't know what to say. Been anticipating this dinner all day now. DH had it marinating for about 8 hours. And I could hardly taste the marinade. DH thought it was very good, but he is more of a steak eater than I am.

DH took pictures and sent them to me, but I haven't received them yet. Sorry.
