I got some beef short ribs today. I was wandering if anybody had some suggestions on how to cook them. Should I smoke them, grill them, or put them in the oven? Also, give me some receipts for them as well. Thx!!
I would smoke them for 3 hours at 250 -275 and season with salt and pepper and a little garlic powder. Add bbq sauce if needed. Maybe a chunk if hickory or oak. Almost forgot some onion powder. Good luck... Hope this helps.
I just made some on Friday, take a look. They were very tender when I probed them, but I didn't even check the temp. You can see how much the meat pulled back from the bone.
