Beef short ribs need ideas please

Picked up a small package of individual beef short ribs in the dog food section for $6.30 and seeing I haven't done these in many many years I snagged them. I did a search, but everything I found was for 3-4 bone racks, so I'm standing with hat in hand hoping I can get some suggestions from my forum friends.
Performer or WSM either will be fine.

I've done this. It's really good. Use a skewer to test for doneness vs time or temp.

Thanks Dwain, funny I was just going through the Weber's Smoke book and just ran across it. That is pretty involved but sure looks like something I would enjoy.
