Beef Ribs

Looks great.
So hard to find meaty beef ribs.
Real crowd pleaser cause most peple are blown away by them.
275, 5 hours, wrap part way through?
I did some a while back but I got impatient and they weren't rendered enough. They were really marbled. They looked okay but they were still too fatty for me.
Kind of look like beef plate ribs to me

I agree. At least in my locale, they are called "flanken" ribs when they are cut into thin strips. At that point they may also be called Korean Beef Ribs.


But I really, really love them the way that the OP did them. He did a beautiful job on what I call "Dino Bones" ! ! !
