Threw together a quick meal for tonight..soaked some hunks of sirloin in a mixture of worst, soy and balsamic with some garlic and EVOO for about 4 hours! Started some golden taters and a onion seasoned with Weber Cajun! Oh and some hickory!

Great looking kabobs!!! That looks like store bought ice in that cooler, I thought that stuff grew on trees in Alaska???

Looks good! There's so many different ways to cook meat here and recipes. I know I say it all of the time, and here's another one. I gotta try and do some kabobs. Your pics don't make any easier, dang good looking plate there Mogan!

Wow Morgan. I have said this before and I am saying it again, next time I am in Juneau I am inviting myself over. That looks tasty.

I was gonna ask where your greens were, Morgan; an' than I saw the last pic. Saved by the sauce! Great looking meal.

Morgan your too far away man!! Nice everything. Like the way you did the onion and the chimachuri sauce is great on everything.

Thanks folks...appreciate the replys...sorry the pictures have a little haze in them...didn't notice the big grease smear on my lens!!

Jim I use the recipe on the Weber site..
http://m.weber.com/recipes/all/1/486.

It's pretty tasty as is but I had thought about using cilantro and lime juice instead of parsley and vinegar...sure that would be called something else though!

Thanks again!
