Beef and broccoli on the weber

Tony...nice looking stir fry. Keep in mind cornstarch and water is great for tenderizing your meats too so you don't have to have a machine that pokes holes into your meats. . It works wonders for sliced beef, pork and chicken that is going to be used in stir fries. For broccoli, I normally steam for 2 minutes max prior to putting it into the stir fry. The steaming partially cooks the broccoli so that you don't have to cook it so long in the wok. Finally, next time you are at an Asian market look for a bottle of oyster sauce made by Lee Kum Kee brand. It's great for stir fries and marinades too.
