BBQ Chicken

[John Solak]

Chicken seasoned with some Chef Meritos Chicken seasoning, green onions, Mexican onions and jalapenoes on the Santa Maria Grill. This pic was taken about half way through the cook.

Chicken done

Added some nopales on the grill.

Some onions and peppers on the banjo burner

Plated. Chicken was shredded then put on a corn tortilla fajita style with some chipolte sour cream added,refried beans and the rest of the things from the grill. Everything was great except the jalapenos were insanely hot!!!

That's one outstanding looking meal John...I throw some of the mexican onion's on every time i'am grilling or Qing nice and sweet can eat ton of them & the nopales go along with everything from egg's to meat.

It wasn't funny at 2:00 in the morning last night. Stupid me figured the first jalapeno was a fluke so I had another, it was just as hot. My Wife even commented on how hot they were. If she thinks they are hot I need to just walk away.
