BBQ Chicken with Sweet & Tangy Rub and Sauce

Decided to try my hand cooking on the Ducane so it’s chicken tonight.
First the lineup, chicken thighs Weber’s Sweet & Tangy rub and a Sweet & Tangy sauce for later.

Getting my side dishes ready, sliced carrots in water when tender drain. The add butter, honey and honey mustard mix together and keep warm.

Next garlic pasta dish with mini shells, EVOO, butter, garlic cloves, flour, chicken broth, milk, S&P, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley flakes. Cook pasta in water till al dente then drain. Heat pot to medium add butter and EVOO then add garlic sauté’ about 30 seconds, sprinkle in flour whisk for 1 minute. Slowly pour broth and milk until smooth. Add S & P stir till thick and bubbly 4-5 minutes. Take pot off stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and parsley flakes until smooth then add your pasta.

Chicken thighs season with rub on the Ducane skin side down to start. Turn and continue cooking until Chicken hits 165 then add sauce and ready to come off.

Plated with sides and a delicious dinner was enjoyed.
