I fixed some baby back ribs yesterday. Their not exactly the best looking but they tasted good. I almost cooked them away. Getting the most out of an 18". The cabbage was good as always. Thanks for all the info.
Frank, they were believe it or not. My wife liked them so that helped alot.
I tried one with mustard and seasoning and hers with just garlic salt. I liked hers better. I wrapped them in foil with some apple juice for an hour. If not, they probably would have been too tough. I'm learning though. Definitely an addictive hobby not to mention my tryglycerides are off the chart.
Oh we'll, could be worse.
Thanks. You guys really know how to do it right. I start thinking each Monday all the way till Friday before I can actually decide what to try next. It's a hard decision with all the good pics and recipes you all put up each week. I don't see this on other forums I look at. I may actually give the smoker a break and knock the rust off the grill grates for some wings this weekend. Ill know for sure Friday!
