Wife's at her sister's for a few days.
Had some thighs that I brushed with roasted garlic infused oil.
Dusted with Webers garlic parmesan rub.
Blue box M&C. Bush's bourbon and brown sugar grillin beans.
Used JD lump and a chunk of white ash.

Looks real good, I have 4 waiting for me to do something like this.
How high was the lid temp with the vortex like that?

You cook good for yourself......while I enjoy good food, a lot.......I find it hard to put together a big tasty meal for just me to enjoy.
Not sure why, just don't like to do that.....I would have made it to thighs and maybe garlic bread....or sammies....
 
I glanced at it when I put the thighs on and it was 500. Started skin up and flipped mid cook, total time was about 50 mins.
First time trying the JD lump and I likey, nice clean flavor.

After all the huss n fuss about it around here over the last year or so, I even posted my 25 back up winter bags not to long ago.....
I thought everyone gave it a go by now.
