Barbacoa tacos, lamb and beef.

Settled on barbacoa style tacos.
2 chuck roasts and a boneless leg of lamb.
Lamb was pretty expensive at Costco on this trip, hope it comes out good.
Seasoned with Kozmos SPG and Spiceology Chile lime.
I’m going to cook until bark is set and put in pans with a barbacoa sauce I’m going to blend up. Pretty simple sauce, modelo negro, chipotles in adobo, apple cider vinegar, garlic and some seasonings.

What’s the salsas? What time should we show up?
 
Picked up some pico, guacamole, limes and queso fresco from the Mexican produce market up the street. Good stuff!!
