Bacon wrapped pork loins and smores sandwiches

On the Summit charcoal these were pre packaged bacon wrapped loins from costco. Cooked raised indirect at 425 to 140. Smores sandwiches cooked raised direct at 350 dome closed 3 flips.

Great job on that pork loin Preston! I'm liking that Summit too. I might consider an upgrade one of these days.

Ho ho ho wait a sec, hold on there, just back it up a bit, hold it right there..what. you mean to tell me I don't have to go all concerned about the graham crackers all cracking, the chocolate falling, leaking, oozing, the marshmallows and chocolate acting like a balance board from the circus, the difficulty of heating to melt and meld the combination into that perfect tasting morsel before it all drops, uneven mixture, or cools.
