Good sized pork loin (4.7 lbs) after a 2 hour brine, rubbed with my favorite pork chili rub, and a bacon weave.
Wrapped up and comfy.
Smoked with some apple. Gettin' close.
Last ten minutes painted with a sauce. One of the ones Surfer Dude concocted.
After the pork came off, added some biscuits in a CIS.
Then some asparagus.
Pork is sliced.
'Gus and biscuits on the table.
And let's not forget the wine.
