Decided since we have over 14 Weber books I’d go back and do an old favorite so here we go.
Ingredients for the sauce.
Everything in pan getting happy.
Next up our home made pepper bacon, chops and the rub ingredients.
Chops wrap in bacon with rub seasoning on, resting for about 30 minutes.
On Performer cooking between 350-400 degrees indirect, basing 3or 4 times with sauce and pulled at 135 degrees internal.
Corn on grill with butter, EVOO and Mrs. Dash’s onion and herb blend.
Plated with salad and it was delicious.
